Mixed Vegetables with Ground Beef Recipe
This is the easiest recipe for mixed vegetables with ground beef made with onion, tomato paste, ground beef, oil water and mixed vegetables. Ready in just 30 minutes.
- 1 onion,
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste,
- 500 grams of mixed vegetables (boiled potatoes, carrots and peas),
- 100 grams ground beef,
- Vegetable oil,
- 1 bay leaf,
- 2 cups of water (400 ml.).

Firstly, chopped the onion and put them in a pot.
Add the vegetable oil and cook them by stirring.
Then add the ground beef and continue to cook by stirring.
Add the paste and continue to cook.
Rinse and drain the canned mixed vegetables and add them in the pot and mix by stirring.
Finally add the salt, water and the bay leaf and leave it to boil.
After it starts to boil, cover the lid and continue to cook over low heat for 10 or 15 minutes and remove it from the stove.
Then serve hot.
If you desire, you can use red pepper flakes, thyme, black pepper and you do not have to use the bay leaf.
