This chocolate cake is not only quick and easy to make, it also tastes delicious! It’s an incredibly moist and wet cake, with a rich, chocolate sauce.

Ingredients;

For the cake;

  • 3 eggs,
  • 2 cups of granulated sugar,
  • 1 cup of vegetable oil (200 ml.),
  • 2 cups of milk (400 ml.),
  • 2 packets of baking powder (10 + 10 grams)
  • 1 packet of vanilla (5 grams),
  • 3 cups of all-purpose flour (the cup size is 200 ml.),
  • 1 packet of cocoa powder (25 grams).

For the sauce;

  • 2 cups milk (400 ml.),
  • 2 cups water (400 ml.),
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder,
  • 1/3 teacup granulated sugar (the teacup size is 110 ml.),
  • 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

To decorate the cake;

  • 1 packet of chocolate sauce powder (128 grams),
  • 2  1/2 cups of milk (500 ml.).

Process of Moist and Wet Cake With Chocolate Sauce Recipe

For the moist and wet cake with chocolate sauce, first sift 3 cups flour and put aside.

Prepare the cake mixture. Put the eggs and granulated sugar in a deep bowl and mix them for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the oil, milk, cocoa powder and vanilla then stir them. Add the sifted flour and mix them for 1 to 2 minutes. Sift 2 packets baking powder onto mixture and stir them.

Pour the prepared cake mixture into the greased baking tray and spread it. Bake it in preheated 180°C oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

Prepare the chocolate sauce according to the recipe on its packet, then leave it to cool.

Prepare the sauce. Put all the ingredients in a pot and mix and heat them until the sugar is dissolved (No need to boil).

After remove the cake from the oven, make a series of equally spaced holes on your cake by using the opposite side of your wine whisks of your mixer. When the cake gets enough warm, slice the cake.

And then pour the sauce you prepared before on your cake with a ladle. Both the cake and the sauce should be warm. Leave the cake to cool for 1 hour. Then spread the chocolate sauce you prepared before. The sauce should reach every side of the cake.
