No-Bake Biscuit Cake Recipe
This biscuit cake is very easy to prepare, taste delicious and needs very few ingredients. It was fun and very simple to make. To make it special, you can decorate the cake with chocolate sauce and grated hazelnut.
- 2 packets of oatmeal cookies (biscuits with oatmeal) (thin and crispy wafer cookies),
- 1 teacup of milk (110 ml.) (to make the biscuits wet).
To put between two biscuits;
- 1 packet of whipped cream (75 grams),
- 1 cup of milk (200 ml.).
For its above;
- 80 grams chocolate,
- 1 coffee spoon of butter.
To coat with;
- Grated coconut.
Process of No-Bake Biscuit Cake Recipe
Firstly, mix the 1 packet of whipped cream and milk until it reaches stiff peaks form. Then put it into the fridge for an hour.
Pour 1 teacup of milk into a bowl and dip a biscuit in the milk.
After that spread some whipped cream on it and put an another wet biscuit you dip in the milk on it. Spread some whipped cream on it and put the third biscuit on and make a 3 layer cake.
And coat its sides with coconut.
Apply the same process for the other biscuits and put all your 3 layer cakes coated with coconut into a serving plate.
Put the chocolate in pieced in a bowl and add the butter in it. Melt them in a double boiler method. Spread the chocolate on your no bake cakes. Put them into the fridge for an hour and serve after you sprinkle some grated hazelnut on them.
Note: If you want, you can put fruit sauce or chocolate sauce on the biscuit cake.
