No Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake with Melba Toast Recipe
This chocolate biscuit cake is really easy to make at home and no oven necessary. Absolutely try it.
- 2 packets of Melba toasts,
- 1 packet biscuits with cocoa.
To moist the Melba toasts and the biscuits;
- 1 cup of milk (200 ml.),
- 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar.
For the cream;
- 3 cups of milk (600 ml.),
- 1,5 tablespoons of all purpose flour,
- 1,5 tablespoons of starch,
- 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar,
- 1 packet of whipped cream powder (75 grams) (it will be mixed with a half cup of cold water).
For the top;
- 1 packet of chocolate sauce powder (100 grams).

At first, to prepare the cream, mix the milk, sugar, starch, flour in a pot by using a wire beater.
Then cook by stirring constantly until it boils.
After it starts to boil, continue to cook by stirring for 2 or 3 minutes and remove it from the stove and leave it to cool.
Mix the whipped cream powder and the milk and add it in the cooled cream and mix by using a mixer.
Mix the milk and the sugar in a bowl.
Dip the melba toasts in the sugar and milk mixture and place them in a pan or square pyrex.
Add 2 or 3 tablespoons of cream on the melba toast and spread.
Dip the biscuits in the sugar and milk mixture and place them on the cream.
Add 2 or 3 tablespoons of cream on the biscuits and spread.
Again dip the melba toasts in the milk and sugar mixture and place them on the cream.
And add cream and spread.
Finally dip the biscuits in the milk and sugar mixture and place them on the cream and cover the cake with the cream left.
Cover the cake with a plastic wrap and leave it in the refrigerator for 3 or 4 hours, if possible for one night.
Cook the chocolate sauce as it requires and leave it to cool by stirring occasionally.
Take the chocolate biscuit cake out from the refrigerator and pour the chocolate sauce on it and spread.
Decorate the cake how you like and serve.
