No Bake Pudding Cake Recipe
This pudding cake is quick and easy to make. If you are a fan of cream or pudding and biscuit you will love this easy no bake pudding cake recipe.
- 1,5 packets of biscuit,
For the pudding;
- 4 cups of milk,
- 4 tablespoons of all purpose flour,
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder,
- 7 tablespoons of granulated sugar,
- 1 packet of vanilla (5 grams),
- 1 coffee spoon of margarine.
For the top;
- Crushed hazelnut.
Process of No Bake Pudding Cake Recipe
Firstly, to prepare the pudding, mix the milk, sugar, cocoa powder and the flour in a pot.
Cook it by stirring until it starts to boil and gets thick.
When it gets thick enough, add the vanilla and margarine and stir.
Remove it from the stove.
Place a coffee spoon of pudding on a biscuit and place the other biscuit on the pudding.
Place the 2 biscuits upright in a platter and continue with the other biscuits and the remaining pudding.
Pour the remaining pudding on the biscuits you put in order in the platter by spreading a coffee spoon of pudding between them.
Coat the biscuits with the remaining pudding by using a spatula.
Sprinkle some crushed hazelnut on the cake.
Leave the cake to cool at the room temperature.
Then leave it to cool in the refrigerator for 2 or 3 hours.
And cut the no bake pudding cake diagonally.
