Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
It is an another easy to do recipe that takes very little time but gives perfect oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. They’re a cookie-jar favorite! With a cup of milk for children or with a cup of tea for you.
- 1 big size egg,
- 1,5 cups of all purpose flour (the cup is 200 ml.),
- 1 cup of oatmeal,
- A half cup of granulated sugar,
- 100 grams butter (at the room temperature),
- 1 flick of salt,
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder,
- A half cup of semisweet chocolate chips.
Process of Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
Firstly, to prepare the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies dough, combine the flour, salt, baking powder and oatmeal in a bowl.
Then put the butter at the room temperature, granulated sugar in a deep bowl and mix them by using a fork for 2 minutes.
Add the egg and continue to mix.
Add the flour, oatmeal mixture in the deep bowl and mix them well.
Leave the dough at the room temperature for 30 minutes.
After waiting for 30 minutes, add the half cup of semisweet chocolate chips and mix well.
Take pieces from the cookie dough by using a tablespoon and place them on a baking sheet in a tray.
Bake them in the perheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.
After baking them at 200° for 10 minutes, make the oven heat lower to 180°C and continue to bake until they get lightly brown.
When they get lightly brown, take them out from the oven and leave them to cool.
After they get cool, serve them.
