Pastry Balls with Red Bell Pepper and Parsley Recipe
This pastry balls with red bell pepper and parsley recipe is an easy recipe for homemade, fluffy and very delicious ‘Poğaça’. This pogaca is not stuffed with any fillings. The red bell pepper pieces and the parsley are in the dough mixture. This makes the taste more wonderful and also makes the looking perfect.

Ingredients;
For the dough;
- 2 cups of warm milk,
- 1 cup of vegetable oil,
- 1 coffee spoon of salt (not a fully spoon),
- One tablespoon of granulated sugar (not a fully spoon),
- 1 packet of instant yeast (10 grams),
- 6 cups of all purpose flour.
To add the dough after kneading;
- 1 red bell pepper,
- 1 pinch of chopped parsley,
- 200 grams feta cheese.
For the top;
- 1 egg yolk.
The cup is: 200 ml.
Process of Red Bell Pepper and Parsley Pastry Balls Recipe
Firstly, to prepare the dough, combine the warm milk, vegetable oil, sugar and the salt in a deep bowl.
Add the yeast and add the flour slowly and knead well.
Get a soft but not sticky dough.
Cover the dough and leave it to rise for 30 minutes.
Take the cores of the red bell pepper out and dice it.
Chop the parsley finely.
After the dough rises add the diced red bell pepper and finely chopped parsley and the feta cheese in the dough and knead the dough again.
Take mandarin size pieces from the dough and roll them in your palm.
Then place the dough balls in a greased tray.
Brush the egg yolk on them and bake the dough balls in the preheated oven at 180°C until they get golden brown.
After taking them out from the oven, leave them to get warm.
Then serve them.
