Pepper Omelet Recipe
A delicious and satisfying breakfast, this pepper omelet is the perfect way to start the day. It has a filling of green and red peppers and milk.
- 1 green pepper,
- 1 red pepper,
- 2 eggs,
- 1 tablespoon of milk,
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
- Crushed red pepper.
Process of Pepper Omelet Recipe
Firstly, wash the peppers and cut them in half lenghtwise and remove the cores and cut them in small pieces.
Add the vegetable oil in a pan and heat.
Add the chopped peppers and sprinkle some salt.
Cook the peppers by stirring frequently over medium heat.
Mix the eggs, milk and salt in a bowl.
Pour the egg and mil mixture on the peppers.
Cook the omelette over low heat until the bottom of the omelette gets golden brown.
Then place the omelette in a platter, sprinkle some crushed red pepper and serve hot.
If you desire, you can cook both sides of the omelette by turning it in the pan.
