Phyllo Dough Pizza Recipe
Grated kashar cheese, Turkish sujuk (dry, spicy beef sausage), pepper, sliced tomatoes, olives and corn top this delicious and easy to make phyllo dough pizza.
- 1 phyllo dough sheet.
For the sauce;
- A half cup of milk (100 ml.),
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
For the top;
- 2 green peppers,
- 1 tomato,
- Soujouk or sausage,
- 4 – 5 black olives.
- 1 Turkish coffee cup boiled corn,
- 1 bowl of grated kashar cheese.
Sauce with paste;
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste,
- 1 tablespoon of water,
- 1 clove of garlic,
Process of Phyllo Dough Pizza Recipe
Firstly, prepare the sauce to brush on the phyllo dough, mix the milk and the vegetable oil in a bowl.
Grease a ground pyrex and lay the phyllo sheet in the pyrex.
The edges of the sheet should be out of the pyrex.
Brush the sauce on the sheet and cover the edges in the pyrex.
Brush the suace left on the edges you covered.
To prepare the paste sauce, mix the paste, water, grated clove of garlic, salt and thyme in a bowl.
Brush the sauce on the sheet.
Sprinkle grated kashar cheese on the sheet firstly.
Then add the sliced peppers, soujouk or sausage, olives and peeled tomato slices and boiled corns.
Bake the phyllo dough pizza in the oven at 200°C until it gets slightly golden.
Take it out from the oven and sprinkle grated kashar on it and continue to bake for 2 minutes.
Then serve hot.
