Potato Omelette Recipe
This potato omelette is one of the dishes we make specially for weekend breakfast.
- 3 potatoes,
- 2 eggs,
- 1 tablespoon of milk,
- Vegetable oil,
Process of Potato Omelette Recipe
At first, wash the potatoes well and peel them. Dice the potatoes.
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and sprinkle some salt on the diced potatoes and add them in the pan. Cover the lid and cook the potatoes over low heat until they get tender. After the potatoes get tender enough, take the excess oil from the pan.
Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the milk and a little salt and mix them by using a wire beater.
Pour the eggs mixture on the potatoes and cook until the bottom gets golden. Then turn it by using a plate and cook until this side of the omelette gets golden. Then place it in a serving plate and serve hot. Enjoy!
