Potato Puff Pastry Recipe
Potato puff pastry is easy to make appetizer. Minimal ingredients but high on flavors! Give it a try.

Ingredients;
- 4 puff pastry sheets (cut them in half and get 8 squares).
For the filling;
- 2 medium size potatoes,
- A small bowl of feta cheese,
- A pinch of parsley,
- Salt.
For the top;
- Egg yolk
Process of Potato Puff Pastry Recipe
To prepare the filling, peel the potatoes and dice them. Place them in a pot and add water and salt. Boil them until they get tender. Then drain and mash the potatoes by using a fork. Add the chopped parsley and the feta cheese and mix well and leave it to cool.
Take the puff pastry sheets out from the freezer and leave them to get tender at the room temperature. After they get tender, roll out one of the square puff pastry sheet. Cut the two edges of the dough to the half (cut straits). Place the filling on the square in the center of the dough and cover the filling with the strips you cut by twisting the pieces to form a braid.
Place the puff pastries on a baking sheet in a tray. Continue with the other puff pastry sheets.
Brush egg yolk on them and bake in the preheated oven at 180°C until they get golden brown.

You can prepare the pastries with any other fillings.
