Quickie Cookies Recipe

- 1 packet of margarine (250 grams) at room temperature,
- 1 egg yolk (separate the egg white to brush it on),
- 3 or 3.5 cups of all-purpose flour,
- 1 packet of baking powder (10 grams),
- 1 cup of powdered sugar.
For its above;
- 1 egg white,
- Ground hazelnut.
The cup size is 200 ml.
Process of Quickie Cookies Recipe
Put the margarine, powdered sugar and egg yolk in a kneading bowl and mix.
Add baking powder and add flour gradually. Knead the dough until you get a soft but not sticky dough.
Take walnut-sized pieces from the dough and roll them in the palm of your hand. Flatten the dough by using your fingers lightly.
Dip them in egg white. And cover them with hazelnut. Place them into the greased baking tray.
Preheat oven to 180°C. Bake it and remove it before it gets golden brown.
After the cookies cool down, you can serve.
