Red Cabbage Coleslaw with Yogurt Dressing Recipe
Follow our simple instructions to make red cabbage coleslaw with yogurt dressing and create the perfect healthy salad.
- 1 medium head red cabbage,
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
- 5 tablespoons of yogurt (400 ml.),
- 1 clove of garlic,
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
Process of Red Cabbage Coleslaw with Yogurt Dressing Recipe
Shred the cabbage finely and put them into a pan with the vegetable oil. Cook them by stirring continuously until get tender and absorb the liquid. Then remove it from the heat and leave to cool in a separate bowl.
Mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, salt and grated garlic into a bowl until combine (you can add more or less mayonnaise and yogurt, how you like).
At the end, pour the yogurt sauce onto the red cabbage and mix well.
After mixing them all up, put it into the fridge for 1 hours and then serve.
