Rice Pudding Recipe
This is the creamiest rice pudding ever. Rice pudding is a dish made from rice mixed with water or milk and other ingredients such as cinnamon and raisins. This recipe gets rave reviews from everyone. It is one of the simplest cold desserts to satisfy your sweet tooth.
- 2 liters milk,
- 2 teacups of rice,
- 1 cup of water (200 ml.),
- 1.5 cup of granulated sugar (300 ml.), (you can add how much sugar you want, less or more)
- 3 tablespoons of starch,
- 1 packet of vanilla (5 grams).

Rinse the rices and put them into a deep pot and pour 2 cups of water and bring it to boil.
Then pour the milk slowly by stirring and again bring to boil.
After the rices get tender, add the sugar.
Dissolve the starch and vanilla in a half-cup of water and pour the mixture into the pot.
Let it boil for 15 minutes in low heat. Then, it will be ready.
Share it into small bowls and let it reach room temperature.
Then decorate with cinnamon.
After cooling for 3 hours in the fridge, you can serve.
