- 2 egg whites,
- 1 cup of vegetable oil (200 ml.),
- 4 tablespoons of vinegar,
- 1 cup of starch (200 ml.),
- 1/2 half cup of cornflour (100 ml.),
- Almost 2 cups of all-purpose flour (the cup size is 200 ml.),
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 1 packet of baking powder (10 grams).
For its above;
- 2 egg yolks,
- Sesame seeds,
- Black cumin seeds.

For the salty cookies without margarine dough, put 2 eggs white, vegetable oil, vinegar and baking powder in a deep bowl and mix them. Then add the starch, the cornflour and salt. Mix all the ingredients with your hand. Add the flour gradually and knead until get a medium-hardness dough.
