Sauteed Beef and Pepper Recipe
Make this spicy sauteed beef and pepper recipe for a quick and easy dinner dish. The dish smells delicious and the beef tastes soft and tender.

Ingredients;
- 1 kilo of beef,
- 3 onions,
- 3 green peppers,
- 1 red bell pepper,
- 3 tomatoes,
- 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
- 1 tablespoon of paste,
- Thyme,
- Red pepper flakes,
- Salt,
- Water,
- 1 clove of garlic.
Process of Sauteed Beef and Pepper Recipe
Firstly, put the bite size beef pieces and the peeled onion in a pressure cooker.
Add water and cook them until the beef pieces get tender enough for almost 20 or 25 minutes.
Then drain and place the tender beef pieces in a separate plate.
Put the diced onion and the vegetable oil in a pot.
Cook the onion by stirring for almost 3 minutes.
Then add the thinly sliced peppers and continue to cook by stirring.
Add the tender beef pieces and cook by stirring for 1 or 2 minutes.
Add the paste and then add the diced tomatoes.
Then add the clove of garlic and then a cup of consomme.
Finally add the salt, thyme and red pepper flakes and leave it to boil.
After it starts to boil, cover the lid and cook over low heat for 5 or 10 minutes.
Then serve hot.
