Ingredients;

For the semolina balls;

  • 2 cups of milk (400 ml.),
  • 1.5 teacup of semolina (the teacup size is 110 ml.),
  • 5 tablespoons of granulated sugar,
  • 1 packet of whipped cream powder (75 grams).

To place in the balls;

  • Chocolate covered hazelnut dragees.

For the top;

  • 1 cup of grated coconut,
  • Chocolate sauce.

Process of Semolina Balls Recipe

At first, to prepare the semolina balls, put the milk, semolina and the sugar in a pot and cook by stirring constantly until it gets thick. Then remove it from the stove and leave it to cool.

When it gets cool enough, add a packet of whipped cream powder and knead it.

Make your hands wet and take walnut size pieces from the mixture and roll them in your palm. Place chocolate hazelnut dragees in them and again roll them in your palm.

Dip the balls in the grated coconut and place them on a serving plate. Pour chocolate sauce on them.

Leave the balls for 15 minutes and then they are ready for serving.
