Semolina Balls with Strawberry Pudding Recipe
These sweet semolina balls are soft, with a beautiful pink color. They are ideal desserts after a beautiful dinner.
- 3 cups of milk (the cup is 200 ml.),
- 1 packet of strawberry pudding (a packet for the 3 1/2 cups of milk),
- 7 tablespoons of semolina,
- 7 tablespoons of granulated sugar,
- 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine (25 grams),
- 1 packet of vanilla (5 grams).
- Grated coconuts.
Process of Semolina Balls with Strawberry Pudding Recipe
Firstly, put the milk, pudding powder, semolina and granulated sugar in a pot.
Cook them over the stove by stirring until it boils and gets thick.
After it gets thick, add the vanilla and butter then stir until the butter melts.
Then turn off the stove and leave it to get warm at the room temperature.
When it gets warm, leave it to cool in the fridge. (The cool it gets, the thicker the mixture is)
When it gets cool enough, take walnut size pieces from the mixture and roll it in your palm (While doing that, sometimes make your hands wet with water).
Then dip the semolina balls into the grated coconuts and place them in a serving plate.
After placing all the rolls in the serving plate leave them in the fridge for 1 or 2 hours.
