Semolina Delight Recipe
A delicious and quick delight recipe made with semolina, milk and butter. Semolina delight, for the top, chocolate sauce and ground hazelnut give it an indefinable taste.
For the custard;
- 1 liter of milk,
- 1 cup of semolina (200 ml.),
- 2 full tablespoons of all purpose flour,
- 1 cup of granulated sugar,
- 1 tablespoon of butter,
- One coffee spoon of vanilla,
- 1 packet of whipped cream (75 grams) (add after the custard gets cool).
- Grated coconut.
For the top;
- Chocolate sauce.
Process of Semolina Delight Recipe
Firstly, to prepare the custard, combine the milk, semolina, flour and the sugar in a pot.
Cook it by stirring until it starts to boil.
When it starts to boil, turn off the stove and add the vanilla and the butter and mix well.
Then leave it to cool at the room temperature.
After it gets cool enough, add the whipped cream powder and mix by using a mixer.
Leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Get a bowl of water to make your hands wet, a bowl of grated coconut and a serving plate.
At the end of the 30 minutes, take the custard out from the refrigerator.
Take a piece smaller than walnut from the custard and roll it in your palm then dip it in the grated coconut and place it the serving plate.
Continue with the custard left.
By pressing on the small custard balls with your finger, make small holes on them.
Fill the holes with chocolate sauce and leave them in the refrigerator for 1 or 2 hours then serve.
