Semolina Roll with Banana Recipe
It is an unusual dessert recipe for semolina roll with banana. It looks delicious? Yes. Try it, and also you will love its taste.
For the semolina custard;
- 2 1/2 cups of milk (500 ml.),
- 1 teacup of granulated sugar (the teacup size 110 ml.),
- 1 teacup of semolina,
- A half teacup of grated coconut.
For the filling;
- 80 grams cocoa cake cream powder,
- 1 teacup of milk (110 ml.),
- 1 banana.
For the top;
- Chocolate sauce,
- Grated coconut.
Process of Semolina Roll with Banana Recipe
Prepare the semolina custard. Mix the milk, sugar, semolina and grated coconut in a pot. Cook by stirring until it boils. When it starts to boil, lower the heat, cook for more 5 minutes. Then leave it to cool and stir occasionally while cooling.
Prepare the filling. Mix the cream powder and the milk by using a mixer until it gets thick.
Place a plastic wrap on a plain surface and pour the custard and place a plastic wrap on the custard and roll it out between the two plastic wrap.
Then remove the plastic wrap you place on the custard and evenly spread the filling over the custard. Place the banana over the filling. Roll the cake and cover it with a plastic wrap and leave it in the refrigerator for 3 or 4 hours.
After it gets cool, decorate how you like and serve.
Note: If you want,you can prepare it the day before and save the dessert in the refrigerator for one night.
If you desire, dip the dessert in the grated coconut before serving.
