Snow Cookie Recipe
Snow cookie – snow white cookie, snowball cookie. Whatever you say. These irresistible, easy-to-make confections are sooooo delicious.
For the dough;
- 250 grams margarine (at the room temperature),
- 1 cup of grated coconut,
- 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar,
- 1 teacup of vegetable oil (110 ml.),
- 4 cups of all purpose flour (the cup is: 200 ml.).
- 1 cup of powdered sugar (not fully),
- 1 cup of grated coconut (not fully).
Process of Snow Cookie Recipe
Firstly, to prepare the dough, combine the margarine, grated coconut, powdered sugar and the vegetable oil in a deep bowl.
Mix them until it gets creamy.
Add the flour slowly and knead.
Get a soft but not sticky dough.
Take walnut sized pieces from the dough and roll them in your palm.
Place the cookies on a baking sheet in a tray.
Bake them in the preheated oven at 180°C until they get slightly golden.
Preheat the oven before to 180°C for 6 or 7 minutes.
Mix the powdered sugar and the grated coconut in a large deep plate.
Just after you take the cookies out from the oven, dip them in to the coconut and the powdered sugar mixture while they are still hot.
Then place them in the tray again and leave them to cool.
When they get cool enough, serve them.
