Firstly, mix the warm milk, yeast and the sugar in a deep bowl.
Leave the mixture for 10 minutes.
Add the other ingredients except for the flour and mix them.
Add the flour slowly and knead well and get a soft and slightly sticky dough.
Clean your hands and knead the dough again.
Cover the dough and leave it for 30 minutes to rise at a warm place.
At the end of the time, take a little more bigger pieces than walnut from the dough and roll them in your palm.
Make larger one of the dough rolls in your palm and spread margarine on the dough and roll it. Continue with the other dough balls.
Take two of the dough rolled and by using your hands form a long rope on a plain surface.
Twist the long dough pieces to form a two-stranded rope and join ends together to form a circle, pressing ends firmly to seal.
After finishing all the dough, place the pastries in a greased tray and leave them to rise for more 15 or 20 minutes.
Brush egg yolk on them and sprinkle sesame seeds on them.
Then bake them in the oven at 180°C until they get golden brown.
