Soft Buttery Dinner Rolls Recipe
These soft dinner rolls made with butter and yeast. If you want to make dinner rolls that stay soft for days, try this soft buttery dinner rolls recipe.

Ingredients;
- 1 packet of fresh yeast (42 grams),
- 75 grams melted butter,
- A half teacup of granulated sugar,
- 1 coffee spoon of salt,
- A half teaspoon of mahalep, (If you do not have, it is not necessary.)
- 250 ml. warm water,
- 1 egg,
- 4 1/2 cups of all purpose flour (the cup size is 200 ml.).
For the top;
- 1 egg yolk,
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Process of Soft Buttery Dinner Rolls Recipe
Prepare the dough. Combine the water, sugar and the yeast in deep bowl. Add all the other ingredients except for the flour and mix them by using your hand. Add the flour slowly and knead well. Get a soft but not sticky dough. Cover the dough and leave it to rise for 30 minutes
At the end of the time, take mandarin size pieces from the dough and roll them in your palm. Place the rolls on a baking sheet in a tray. Cover them with a slightly wet, clean cloth and leave them to rise for more 45 minutes before baking.
Mix the egg yolk and the vegetable oil in small bowl and brush the mixture on the rolls.
Then bake them in the preheated oven at 200°C until they get golden brown.
After baking, take them out from the oven and cover them with a slightly wet, clean cloth and leave them for 5 minutes to make them soft. Then you can serve the dinner rolls hot or warm.
