Process of Spinach Roll-Ups Recipe
Prepare the spinach roll-ups filling. Rinse the leaves well and chop the spinach. Leave them into the water with vinegar for 10 minutes. Again wash and rinse them and put them in a deep bowl. Add the chopped onion and a coffee spoon salt on it. Rub the chopped onion with the spinach and salt. Strain them and squeeze. And then add cheese and spices. Mix them until well combined.
For the sauce, mix the egg, yogurt, milk, vegetable oil and baking powder in a bowl.
Place one phyllo pastry on a flat surface. Brush the sauce on the half of the phyllo pastry. Fold the phyllo pastry in half. Put some of the filling on the long edge of the phyllo pastry and roll it.
Divide the rolled pastry into 6 pieces.
Place them into the greased tray. Apply the same process for the other 2 phyllo pastries. Pour the sauce left on the pastries and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Bake it at 180°C until it gets golden brown. After it’s baked, wait 10 minutes and serve.
