Ingredients;

  • 300 grams spinach,
  • 2 teacups of vermicelli,
  • 1 middle size onion,
  • 1 coffee spoon paste,
  • 2 cups of chicken broth (400 ml.),
  • A half teacup of vegetable oil (55 ml.),
  • Salt,
  • Water.

Process of Spinach Vermicelli Soup Recipe

Rinse the spinach well and cut them in small pieces and leave them in the water with vinegar.
Drain and rinse well.
Put the chopped onion and the vegetable oil in a pot and cook by stirring.
Add the spinach and mix by stirring.

Add the chicken broth and salt and leave it to boil.
When it starts to boil, add the vermicelli and cook until the vermicelli gets tender.
Then if you desire add some spices and remove it from the stove.
If needed, you can add some more water. Enjoy.
