- 1 packet of sponge finger biscuits (lady fingers),
- 75 grams whipped cream powder,
- 1 cup of milk (to prepare the whipped cream),
- 1 banana,
- Crushed walnut or hazelnut.
To make the sponge fingers moist;
- 1 teacup of milk (110 ml.).
For the chocolate sauce;
- 1 cup of milk (200 ml.),
- 1 cup of water,
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder,
- 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar,
- 1,5 tablespoons of all purpose flour.

For the beginning, to prepare the chocolate sauce, mix all the ingredients in a pot by usig a wire beater.
Then cook it by stirring until it boils and gets thick enough.
Then turn off the stove and leave it to cool by stirring occasionally.
Mix the whipped cream powder and the milk in a deep bowl by using a mixer.
Cut the sponge fingers in half and dip them in the milk then place them in the cups.
Place some whipped cream on the sponge fingers in the cups.

Again place half sponge finger biscuits dipped in the milk and add some whipped cream on them.
Pour chocolate sauce on the whipped cream and leave the cups in the refrigerator for 2 or 3 hours.
