Starch Cake Recipe
Give a try this easy to make and delicious starch cake recipe for your guests.
- 3 eggs,
- 1 cup of granulated sugar (the cup is: 200 ml.),
- 200 ml. milk,
- 1 teacup of vegetable oil (the teacup is: 110 ml.),
- 1 cup of starch,
- 1,5 cups of all purpose flour,
- 1 packet of vanilla (5 grams),
- 10 grams baking powder (1 packet),
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder.
Process of Starch Cake Recipe
Firstly, mix the eggs and the sugar in a deep bowl by using a mixer until it gets foamy.
Add the milk, vegetable oil and vanilla and continue to mix.
Then add the starch, flour and baking powder and mix it by using a spatula.
Pour the 3/4 of the cake batter in a greased cake pan.
Add the cocoa powder in to the mixing bowl and mix.
Pour the cocoa cake batter in the center of the white cake mixture then make circles by using a toothpick.
Bake it in the preheated oven at 170°C for almost 30 or 35 minutes.
Check the cake by using a toothpick and take it out from the oven and leave it to cool at the room temperature.
When it gets cool, remove the cake out from the cake pan by turning it on a serving plate.
Slice the cake and serve.
You can decorate the starch cake with chocolate sauce and grated coconut.
