Sugar-Dipped Cocoa Cookies Recipe
They are the perfect cocoa cookies. Easy to do and very delicious. You will love them and they will be your favorite.
- 250 grams margarine (at the room temperature),
- 1 cup of corn starch,
- A half cup of cocoa powder,
- 1 cup of powdered sugar,
- 2 packets of vanilla (5 + 5 grams)
- 1 packet of baking powder (10 grams),
- 2 cups of all purpose flour (the cup is: 200 ml.).
- A half cup of granulated sugar.

Firstly, to prepare the dough, combine all the ingredients except for the flour in a deep bowl.
Add the flour slowly and knead well.
Get a soft but not sticky dough (If needed you can add one more tablespoon of all purpose flour).
Divide the dough in 4 pieces.
Roll one of the dough pieces lengthwise on a plain surface get a long thin roll and flatten by pressing slightly on it.
Slice the roll in 2 cm thickness and get cube shaped small cookies then dip each of the pieces into the granulated sugar and place them on a baking sheet in a baking tray.
Continue with the other 3 dough pieces left.
Bake the sugar dipped cocoa cookies in the preheated oven at 180°C until they crack slightly for 15 or 20 minutes.
After taking them out from the oven, leave them in the tray to get cool.
