Cover the dough with plastic wrap and leave it to rise until it gets double size.
For the filling, mix the sugar and the tahini in a bowl.
Then divide the dough in two pieces and cover one of the pieces with plastic wrap again.
Roll out the other piece on a slightly floured plain surface by using a rolling pin.
Spread the tahini and the sugar mixture on the dough and make hole in the center of the dough.
Roll the dough from the centre to the out and cut the rolled dough in half.
If you want, you can cut the dough in 4 pieces.
Roll the dough pieces again (lenghtwise), make a rope shaped.
Then roll the rope and make a spiral shaped pastry.
Place the pastries on a baking sheet in a tray and brush the egg yolk and the grape molasses mixture on them.
Sprinkle sesame on them and bake them in the preheated oven at 180°C for 20 or 25 minutes until they get golden brown.
(No need to preheat the oven for a long time).
While baking them, continue with the other dough piece.
After baking, serve them when they get cool enough.
