Tahini Cookies Recipe
This recipe for Tahini Cookies is quick and easy to prepare using only 6 simple ingredients. They will be one of your favorite cookies because they are very easy to do and also very very delicious.
- 1 teacup of tahini (the teacup is 110 ml.),
- 1 cup of vegetable oil,
- 1,5 cups of powdered sugar,
- 1 packet of baking powder (10 grams),
- 1 packet of vanilla (5 grams),
- 3,5 cups of all purpose flour (the cup is 200 ml.).
Process of Tahini Cookies Recipe
Firstly, to prepare the dough, mix all the ingredients except for the flour and baking powder in a deep bowl.
Add the baking powder and add the flour slowly cup by cup then knead.
Get a soft dough.
If the amount of the flour is over, you will have difficulty in shaping the dough.
Or if the amount of the flour is less, then the cookies spread while baking.
So add the flour slowly while kneading and check.
Then take walnut sized pieces from the dough and roll them in your palm.
Place them on a baking sheet into a tray.
Bake the cookies in the preheated oven at 170°C until their tops crack for almost 15 minutes.
After baking, leave them to cool in the tray and when they get cool, you can serve.
