The Best Baked Chicken Legs and Vegetables Recipe
Baked chicken legs are juicy and tender, just like rotisserie chicken, but are made in your own oven.
- 6 chicken legs,
- 1 middle size carrot,
- 1 onion,
- 3 potatoes,
- 1 cup of pea,
- 1 coffee spoon of salt.
For the sauce;
- 1 tablespoon of paste,
- 1 teacup of vegetable oil,
- 1 coffee spoon of red pepper flakes,
- 1 coffee spoon of thyme,
- 1 tea spoon of salt.

For the sauce, put all the ingredients into the baking pyrex.
After that add the finely chopped onion and stir.
Scratch the chicken legs from several places with the help of a knife and put them into the sauce and stir.
Cover the pyrex with cling wrap and set aside for 1 hour.
Then add the sliced carrot and potatoes, also add the pea on them and stir.
Add two cups of water and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake them into the preheated oven to 200°C for 35 to 40 minutes.
Then remove the aluminum foil and cook them until the legs are cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
