Three Colored Semolina Dessert Recipe
This three colored semolina dessert recipe is very, very simple to make, and you do not need a lot of ingredients. I hope that you make it because it is very delicious and definitely one of my favorites.
- 1 liter milk,
- 12 tablespoons of semolina,
- 10 tablespoon of granulated sugar,
- 1 packet of vanilla (5 grams),
- 1 grated lemon peel,
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
Custard with carrot;
- A half kilo of carrot,
- 1 cup of granulated sugar,
- 3 tablespoons of corn starch.
Process of Three Colored Semolina Dessert Recipe
Firstly, wash and cut the carrots in small pieces then add water and leave to boil.
Combine the milk, granulated sugar and semolina in a pot and cook it by stirring over medium heat.
When it gets thick enough, remove it from the stove.
Add the vanilla and mix well.
Pour the half of the custard in a separate bowl and add the cocoa powder and mix well.
Make a square pyrex wet with a little amount of water and pour the cocoa custard in it.
Add the grated lemon peel in the other half of the custard and mix well.
Pour the custard on the cocoa custard and spread.
Mash the carrots you boil before by using blender.
Add the sugar and continue to boil for 1 or 2 minutes.
Put the starch in a half teacup of water and mix it until the starch dissolves.
Then add the water starch mixture in the mashed carrots and mix well by using a wire beater.
Cook by stirring until it gets gel.
If it gets too thick, add water or if it gets too juicy then add some starch.
Then pour it on the custard and spread.
Leave it to cool in the refrigerator for almost 2 hours.
When it gets cool enough, slice the three colored semolina dessert and serve.
