Tiramisu Pie Recipe

For the cake batter;

  • 2 eggs,
  • 1 teacup of granulated sugar,
  • 110 ml. of milk (1 teacup),
  • 110 ml. of vegetable oil (1 teacup),
  • 1 packet of baking powder (10 grams),
  • 1 packet of vanilla (5 grams),
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa,
  • 2 teacups of all purpose flour (the teacup is: 110 ml.).

To make the cake moist;

  • A half cup of warm water,
  • 1 coffee spoon of granulated coffee.

For the custard;

  • 2,5 cups of milk,
  • 1 teacup of granulated sugar,
  • 1 egg yolk,
  • 2 tablespoons of all purpose flour (fully),
  • 100 grams labneh cheese (2 tablespoons).

For the top;

  • Cocoa powder.

Process of Tiramisu Pie Recipe

Firstly, to prepare the cake batter, mix the eggs and the sugar in a bowl.
Add the other ingredients and mix.
Grease a pie pan and then sprinkle some flour also.
Pour the cake batter in the greased and the slightly floured pan and spread.
Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 180° for 20 minutes.
Check the cake with the help of a toothpick.
Then take it out from the oven.

To moist the cake, mix the coffee and the warm water.
Remove the cake from the pan by turning it on a serving plate.
Pour the coffee and the water mixture on the cake by using a spoon.

To prepare the custard, mix all the ingredients except for the labneh cheese in a pot.
Cook the mixture by stirring until it gets thick enough.
Then remove it from the stove and then add the labneh cheese and mix well by using a wire beater.

Pour the custard on the cake and spread by using a spatula.

After the custard gets cool enough, sprinkle some cocoa powder on the cake.

Leave it to cool in the refrigerator for 2 or 3 hours.
Then slice and serve.
