Tomato Soup with Milk Recipe
This is a perfect homemade tomato soup that is so easy and the final product is so flavorful.
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
- 1 tablespoon of butter,
- 2 tablespoons of all purpose flour,
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste,
- 5 tomatoes,
- 4 cups of water (the cup is 200 ml.),
- A half cup of milk,
For the top;
- Black pepper,
- Grated cottage cheese,
Process of Tomato Soup with Milk Recipe
Heat the butter and the vegetable oil into a saucepan then add the flour in the butter and continue to stir and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add the paste and grated tomatoes and cook for 3 or 4 minutes by stirring.
Pour 4 cups of water (cold), add the salt and boil it by stirring constantly.
After it starts to boil, cook it at the low heat for 15 minutes.
Then turn off the stove and pour the milk in it and mix.
When you serve the soup, sprinkle some grated cottage cheese and black pepper.
If you want, you can serve the soup with croutons.
