Tomato Spaghetti Recipe
This classic tomato spaghetti recipe is a delicious, easy and quick dinner recipe. We need to feed ourselves and our families good, nutritious food for years to come. Once you’ve made this a few times you can add other simple ingredients, such as onion, garlic or cheese.
- A half packet of spaghetti,
- 2 tomatoes,
- 1 green pepper,
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
- 1 coffee spoon of paste,
- 1 clove of garlic (If you desire)
Process of Tomato Spaghetti Recipe
Firstly, boil the spaghetti in a salted water and add in a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Cook the spaghetti until it gets tender enough and then drain.
Pour cold water on the spaghetti and drain again.
Put the vegetable oil and the finely chopped pepper in a pot and cook them by stirring.
Then add a tablespoon of paste and diced tomatoes.
Add the salt and the grated clove of garlic and cook it by stirring until they get tender.
After the tomatoes get tender enough, add the spaghetti and mix them by stirring.
Continue to cook for 2 or 3 minutes and serve the classic tomato spaghetti.
Before serving, sprinkle some chopped parsley on the spaghetti and serve hot.
