Turkish White Bean Salad Recipe
This is a special white bean salad with onion, chopped parsley, olive oil, lemon juice and salt. It goes very well served by the side of meatballs. They are one of the best couples in Turkish cuisine.
- 2 cups of rinsed and drained and also boiled white beans,
- 1 onion,
- 1 pinch of parsley,
- Olive oil,
- 1 lemon juice,
Process of Turkish White Bean Salad Recipe
Drain and rinse the white beans and put them in pressure cooker.
Add the water and cook them for 25 or 30 minutes and then turn off the stove.
Drain and place the white beans in a deep bowl.
At first, divide the onion in half then chop them and leave them in the salty water for almost 10 minutes and then drain.
Add the chopped onions in the bowl.
Chop the parsleys and add them also in the bowl.
Mix the lemon juice, salt and the olive oil in a small bowl.
Then add the sauce in the bowl and mix by stirring.
Place the bean salad on a serving plate.
After decorating the white bean salad how you like and serve.
