Ultra Fluffy Milk Bread Rolls Recipe
These milk bread rolls very soft, fluffy and definitely delicious. And it’s easy to make this bread recipe, too.
For the dough;
- 1 cup of warm water,
- 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar,
- A half cup of milk,
- A half teacup of vegetable oil,
- 1 packet of instant yeast (10 grams),
- 1 coffee spoon of salt,
- 4 cups of all purpose flour.
For the top;
- 1 egg yolk,
- 1 coffee spoon of yogurt.
- Black cumin seeds.
The cup size is 200 ml.
The teacup size is 110 ml.
Process of Ultra Fluffy Milk Bread Rolls Recipe
Firstly, to prepare the dough, combine the warm water, sugar and yeast in a deep bowl.
Add the other ingredients except for the flour and mix well.
Then add the flour slowly and knead well.
Get a soft but not sticky dough.
Cover the dough and leave it to rise for an hour until it gets double size.
Take egg size pieces from the dough and roll them in your palm.
Place them in a tray and leave them to rise again for 40 minutes.
If you do not have enough time to wait, then you can leave them in the preheated oven at 50°C for 15 minutes.
After that, brush the egg yolk and the yogurt mixture on them.
Finally sprinkle some sesame and black cumin seeds on them.
Bake the milk bread rolls in the preheated oven at 180°C until they get golden brown.
