Process of Vegetable Beef Soup Recipe
For the vegetable beef soup, first heat the non-stick saucepan at a medium heat while it is empty.
Then put the chopped beef in to the saucepan and stir.
Don’t let the chopped beef bring the juice out so at a high heat cook the meat by stirring for 3 or 4 minutes.
It is a technique called Searing (or pan searing).
After that add the vegetable oil and stir. Add the chopped onions and cook them until onions get tender.
Add the tomato paste and stir.
Then add the potatoes and carrots and stir again.
Finally add the salt, other spices and 2 cups of warm water and leave it to boil.
After it boils cover the lid and cook at a low heat until the potatoes get tender.
When the potatoes get tender add the canned peas and stir.
Cook for 5 minutes more then remove it from the heat.
You can serve it hot and also with rice or bulgur pilaf.
This recipe is for 4 or 5 people.
