Whipped Cream Cake Recipe

- 3 eggs,
- 1 cup of granulated sugar (185 grams),
- 1 cup of milk (200 ml.),
- A half cup of vegetable oil (100 ml.),
- 2 packets of whipped cream (2 x 75 grams),
- 1 packet of baking powder (10 grams),
- 1 packet of vanilla (5 grams),
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour (the cup size: 200 ml.).
Process of Whipped Cream Cake
For the whipped cream cake mixture, mix the eggs and the sugar in a deep bowl for 3-4 minutes. Add the milk and vegetable oil and mix them. Add vanilla and whipped cream onto the mixture and stir it by using a spatula. At last, add the sifted flour and baking powder and stir them.
Pour the mixture into the greased cake mold. Bake it into the oven preheated to 160°C for 40 minutes. For the first 25 minutes, don’t open the oven door.
After the cake is baked, turn off the oven. Leave the oven door ajar for 5 to 10 minutes. And then take out the cake and leave to cool.
After it gets cool completely, invert it and top it lightly to remove the cake. Slice your cake and serve. If you want you can dust powdered sugar on it.
