White Beans Without Meat Recipe

Ingredients;
- 2 cups of white beans,
- 1 or 2 green peppers,
- 1 onion,
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
- 1 coffee spoon of pepper paste,
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste,
- 4 1/2 cups of hot water (900 ml.),
- Salt.
Process of White Beans Without Meat Recipe
For the white beans without meat, first wash the white beans, place them in a pot and cover with water. Leave them in water overnight or for at least 12 hours. The next day, drain the white beans and set aside.
Chop the onion and peppers. Put them into the pressure cooker. Add vegetable oil. Cook them by stirring until they get softener. Add the tomato and pepper paste while stirring. Cook it for 2 or 3 minutes.
Add the white beans, water and salt. Stir to combine the ingredients. Cover the lid on the pressure cooker and leave to a boil.
After it boils, continue cooking over a low heat for 30 minutes. At the end of the time, turn off the stove and wait until the pressure into the pressure cooker go out. Uncover the lid and serve it hot with Rice Pilaf and Cacik – Turkish Yogurt with Cucumber.
