Winter Tea Recipe
This easy winter tea recipe warms you up during cold winter days and prevents you from getting sick.
- 3 cinnamon buns,
- 4 dry gingers,
- 4 galangal roots,
- 5 turmerics,
- 6-7 pimentos,
- 6-7 nutmegs,
- 7-8 clove,
- 3 liter of water,
- Granulated sugar.
For the top:
- Crushed walnut.
Process of Winter Tea Recipe
Put all the ingredients except for the granulated sugar in a clean cloth.
Gather the edges of the cloth and tie up the edges.
Pour the water in a pot and place the cloth in the pot.
Leave it to boil over medium heat for 45 minutes.
Then remove the cloth from the pot.
Add sugar how much you like and mix by stirring.
Pour the tea in cups and sprinkle some crushed walnut and serve hot.
