Yogurt Soup Recipe
This simple but delicious yogurt soup is worth to try for cool winter night because it is very nutritious as well as satisfying.
- 3 full tablespoons of yogurt,
- 3 full tablespoons of all purpose flour,
- 1 egg,
- 5 cups of water (1 liter),
For the sauce;
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
- 1 coffee spoon of dried mint,
- Red pepper flakes.
Process Yogurt Soup Recipe
At first, mix the flour, yogurt and egg in a pot by using a wire beater until smooth. Add the water or chicken broth and cook by stirring constantly.
After it starts to boil, add the salt and lower the heat and continue to cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Then turn off the stove .
In a small pan, heat some vegetable oil and add the dried mint and the red pepper flakes and stir.
Pour the sauce over the soup while serving and serve the soup hot.
